FC-Evo is a machine able to sew tie tips. It has been projected and built with meticulous care in any detail to obtain the highest quality, functionality and simplicity of use, always maintaining the same reliability and precision that characterised all the range of Frigerio e Corazza machines.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • FC-EVO has been equipped with engines run from the central unit PLC.
  • It’s possible to connect the machine with other machinery of the factory, machine to machine communication.
  • It’s simple and intuitive and responds to the updated safety, health and hygiene standards requested in the work.
  • The change of templates according to the different tie sizes is fast and easy because it doesn’t need any mechanical procedure or program set.
  • The machine is able to recognise the different templates used during the process.

POSSIBLE SEWING TYPES

  • Two sides closed tie, regular and 7-folds
  • Four sides open tie, regular and 7-folds
  • Four sides tie with the possibility to choose when start and stop the sewing, regular and 7-folds

Lasers

  • The machine has been equipped with eight lasers that allows to place and center the tie in the right position, in order to obtain a perfect stitching on all the ties produced.
    The activation of the laser beams takes place automatically, the machine recognize the template that is going to stitch. They can be set on/off when needed.

Touch screen

  • The touch screen allows an easy communication between the operator and the machine.
  • The device displays the numbers of ties sewn, the template running, time and date.
  • It reports any anomaly or failure it may occur.

Template storage

  • The machine has been equipped with a large area where it’s possible to stock the templates if not in use.

Sewing head machine

  • The sewing head machine Pfaff can be tilt and removed from the area to allow the ordinary maintenance and technical settings.
